Issue Details

There is an ongoing difficulty in having a VLO at the Mater Hospital marry up with patients who are veterans and have indicated they are keen to have the VLO visit.

Likely Cause of the Issue

It appears there is a communication breakdown between relevant responsible persons and organisations to ensure a VLO is available when required.

Possible Solution

Call a meeting with affected parties and discuss possible solutions and imporved communications.

Who is likely to be responsible to fix this?
