Homebase for the Veteran Community in Townsville

I am the Service Delivery Manager and have come on board to provide daily oversight to the range of programs delivered by The Oasis here at Homebase and in the community. The single aim of my team and I is to work alongside Veterans, their families, and the community to provide the best support and information to assist people in engaging in meaningful activities, work and be fully immersed in their everyday life.

I am the General Manager and commenced in April 2021

I am one of the newest directors on The Oasis Townsville board of directors. It is a new role for me and having recently separated from full time service, it is a perfect role for me to give back to the veteran community.

I am the Project Manager of Operation Navigator. The aim of Op Navigator is to prepare and empower our ADF personnel and their families to plan for their futures.

I am one of the directors and I serve to provide a conduit to the business community and to lend my corporate and business experience and expertise in support of the organisation’s aspirations and goals.

I am the Volunteer Manager. I started in Sep 18 and I’m currently undertaking training in a Cert IV Coordinating a Volunteer Program.

I am one of the founding directors and currently Chair of The Oasis Townsville board of directors. It fits well with my role as Chair of Operation COMPASS also and Patron of Legacy and 1RAR Association.

I am the Centre Operations Manager and started in October 2020.

I am Lucia Taylor and am a Director of Oasis Townsville commencing my appointment in August 2021. As part of the leadership team, I hope to provide, with my experience as a Lawyer having held similar board positions, expertise in governance which will assist in Oasis achieving its mission and goals within the community.

I am one of the directors looking to provide my experience and expertise as a law enforcement first responder within the Townsville Community. The health and well-being of contributors to our community have always been important to me. The mission and vision of The Oasis Townsville will enhance opportunities for current and ex-service personnel to integrate and make an impact in our community.

I am The Oasis’ Compliance Officer. Having been with The Oasis since its inception, my role is to provide advice to the Board and Management in relation to legal, regulatory and workplace matters. I also own a boutique law firm and I support the Wellbeing Program by providing guidance to their veteran community clients. I am one of the directors and use my Air Force and life experience to work together with the other Board members to achieve the vision and goals of the Oasis.
