Case Navigators and Advocates

Case Navigators will help individuals identify what needs to be done to be happy and integrate into the Townsville community. This usually entails finding the right service from the Service Directory and referring individuals for everything from housing to employment. If you have an interest in helping veterans and their families, then this might be the volunteer opportunity for you. It involves some training and ongoing professional development.

Have a desire to provide wellbeing or compensation advocacy services to any member of the serving/ex- service community. Best approach for this work is to go to "What We Do" tab on the website and find 1 - The Plan and then the button for 'Become and Advocate'.
