Training Operations Coordinator

The role will be directly delivering training in addition to coordinating and overseeing other trainers, to execute all aspects of training.
• Coordinate training activities to ensure training runs smoothly and escalate problems/issues as required to site and program managers.
• Deliver training and assessment where needed, reducing training load depending upon other coordination demands
• Supervise trainers across the Employability Skills and Individual Support programs
• Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and contractual and performance requirements are met
• Act as the conduit between the training staff, site staff and program managers
• Ensure ongoing engagement with industry including assisting with support of vocational placement and employment opportunities
