Scheduler - Sales

The Purpose of this position is to provide specific and proficient support in co-ordinating and scheduling appointments for our Sales Force.

• Promote Horan & Bird’s products and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Horan & Bird’s internal and external customers, contractors and supply partners.

General:
• To be the point of contact between the lead generator and Sales Specialists.
• Generate appointments for the Sales Specialists.
• Liaise with the Customer and Sales specialists in co-ordinating appointments.
• Maintain the appointment calendar.
• Be nimble, able to shift appointments quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach at all times.
• Demonstrate a flexible and versatile work ethic.
