Sales Assistant – Permanent Part Time

Our VBA Member, Hip Pocket Workwear & Safety, is currently seeking Sales Assistant in Townsville.

This Family business is looking for someone with passion and drive. Happy to be part of our team, a people person with good verbal skills, a hands-on sales and service specialists to propel the business to the next level. You will oversee all client relationships with exceptional communication and be part of a sales and service culture. This is not your ordinary retail sales position.

Duties
Support the Store Manager in the profitable running of the store
Maintain an exceptional client relationship experience in store, over the phone and face to face
Retail sales and merchandised
New and existing business to business sales

What we are looking for
You will have exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
The ability to priorities tasks, a problem solver as well as work in a complex working environment
Have superstar selling skills that contribute to the sales performance of the store

You must be able to meet KPI’s to hit financial targets.
You will have retail and merchandising experience.

Above award salary + Super + bonus potential
Hours 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm with rotating 4-hour Saturday roster., closed Sundays, and Christmas to New Years (flexibility to backfill staff absences)
