Installation Coordinator

The Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective planning and scheduling of all resources to manage contractor installations activities. The position entails reaching out to contractors to gain future install dates and entering the install availability into a Sales Calendar for the Sales specialists. Once the Sales Specialist have booked a customer’s install, you will ensure that the booking is managed end to end, liaising with both the contractor and customer, as well as keeping the Sales Specialist updated. There will be times where an install needs to be rescheduled, the coordinator will be responsible for liaising with the contractor for updates and negotiating a rescheduled date with the customer. You will constantly update the customer on the status of their install. The coordinator will be the point of contact for the contractor on day of installation, and will problem solve any issues that arise on the day. This position requires a high level of customer commitment, and the ability to form strong relationships with contractors. You will be a team player with well-developed interpersonal skills and adept at conflict management. The coordinator role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
