Customer Service Coordinator

To deliver exceptional Customer Service to Horan and Birds’ clientele on a daily basis by being the first point of contact for customer enquiries, either in person, via email or over the phone. Being able to deal with complaints/disputes, identifying customer needs and ensuring the complaint is rectified and recorded throughout the process through to resolution. This role is also responsible for capturing customer satisfaction data and reporting trends and solutions to management.
