Position Information


Townsville City Council is in the process of establishing a new Traffic Control Team. Last year we found great success in filling our vacant roles with candidates who have recently transitioned or were looking to transition out of the Defence Force.

Defence candidates will be offered the opportunity to learn Traffic Management skills with support provided by Townsville City Council to undertake the necessary qualifications. I have attached a copy of the application form and position information for more information on the requirements of the role. Please note that we would like to receive applications for the roles by Thursday the 13 February 2020.
