Issue Details
Numerous occasions occur when veterans find they are not comfortable with their assigned rehabilitation coordinator and would like to change. This is a vital role for a recovering veteran, and the fit needs to be right.

Likely Cause of the Issue
Inability to change rehab coordinator.
Possible Solution
Change the policy to allow a veteran to change rehabilitation coordinators if they do not feel safe/respected/supported by the assigned coordinator. Perhaps an approving authority in the local area could determine.
