Who does what to meet these needs in the

Immediate Planning Phase

This is the second of five phases of transitioning out of the ADF. It begins with your first serious thought of preparing for the transition until you formally declare to Defence that you will transition and have completed and submitted the AC853 form or Defence advises you that you are to be involuntarily separated from the ADF (eg. for medical reasons). This phase involves thinking about what you are likely to do when you depart the ADF and getting serious about what you want to achieve.

The 10 Human Needs identified below describe what Defence and DVA do to support your planning and how The Oasis Townsville can help.
