ATDP Community of Practice in Townsville
[Advocacy Training and Development Program]
Introduction
Townsville has a Community of Practice for advocates. Although Townsville's advocates are supported by various Ex-Service Organisations (ESOs) for professional development and advancement in the ATDP, they are supported by DVA and Major Training Services (RTO responsible for the training) as a single collective in Townsville. This arrangement is led by Floss Foster in Townsville as a member of the Queensland / NT Regional Implementation Group for ATDP implementation and management.
